help others, including their husbands or in the case of a single woman, the husband they eventually settle on. In the case of a single man, the aim of this site is to help him settle happily in marriage so that he is then in a position to help others.

Helping others only happens with the will of God. Without God's will even a blade of grass will not move (ancient Indian saying). Therefore if your genuine desire is to help someone, you need to put aside preconceptions and start praying to God:

Prayer to God, OM

The core mantra which every religious aspirant, man or woman, can chant is known as the short form Gaytri Mantra:

1. OM bhuh, (OM, you are the world of men)

2. OM bhuvah, (OM, you are the world of space beyond this world)

3. OM suvahah, (OM, you are also the world of the Gods)

4. OM tat savitur varenyam, (OM, you are that divine being from which all is born)

5. bhargo devasya dhimahi (we meditate on your divine light)

6. dhiyo yo nah prachodayat (may this inspire our intellect).

Single Women

In my view it is now too late to focus on marriage. A generation ago, women were sturdy. They could cope in the same fashion as a single man in an environment where there is a shortage of food and where disease and pain are widespread.

In this future environment, single women will be attacked by healthy men. Facing emotional and love stress, their mental, physical and sexual health will decline.

The best strategy is to attach yourself to a strong family unit where a healthy male is in charge. A family unit needs numbers in order to survive. Under the protection of a healthy male, the single woman will not be molested and therefore can maintain health in the face of declining standards of health elsewhere. With declining competition, she will soon become a valued member of the family, able to find food and fight off predators.

The most important priority for a single woman today is to find a good family to live with. Whilst this may be impractical at the time of writing this article, marital and other norms will change over time. Hence one should soon initiate a search for suitable men.

Life is about the soul of the (one) man you have selected or will select to help in his life.

The service that you do for him needs to be total. Imagine how much time, effort and attention a businessman spends thinking about his business and making it a success. You need to spend much more effort developing 'your' business of life. This is simply to make him happy in every regard.
